The place is animal friendly which I love, as I enjoy seeing my neighbor Cats in their windows silently judging my pokemon happy meals 😂 jk My daughters and I enjoy it here so far, its a great place to call home.

Only down side is the cost to heat in the winter is extremely high like almost 300 a month. Didnt realize how expensive electric heat is for such a small place

Also the kitchen space isn't spacious for more than one person, some more counter tops would greatly appreciated. The staff is amazing

submitted by Sarah C. - |Recommended: YesVery homey and relaxed area. — It’s a very homey atmosphere, it was tough moving in on the third floor with no elevator but that’s okay it happens. We always have bad luck and we brought the bad luck with us. Our toilet and kitchen sink leaked and our pantry door track was broken so the doors were constantly falling off. But after one week of living here everything was fixed and brand new. It is a great apartment for couples. The office people are very nice and understanding and they really do try hard even if it doesn’t seem like it at first. The apartment looks a little outdated but if you buy the right decor it makes it seem very modern. Nice area for doggies too. They have doggie bags on site. Always ask about what the unit is because we thought we were getting a unit with built in book shelves and there weren’t any which was a disappointing but I bought some cute shelves on amazon and it really made up for it. We haven’t decided on whether we would stay another year but if it is like this the rest of the year we probably will stay here through our 4 years of college at Ferris. Everything is super close with in a 2 mile radius too.
